Kale Kale and More Kale!

KALE!  I have recently fallen in love with this dark green, leafy vegetable!  There are SO MANY benefits: 1 cup has no fat and only 36 calories, is packed with vitamins C, K, A and contains nearly 20% of your daily fiber intake!  Antioxidants, anti-inflammatory properties....the list is endless!  I'm trying to find ways to get more of this superfood into my diet so I thought I'd share some of my favorite kale recipes I've found with you.


  1. I am committed to trying at least 1 of these recipes...I've just got to figure out where to get some kale first. I don't think HEB carries it, but my mom and I are going to make a trip (my first) to Whole Foods soon, so I'll get some there if I don't find any before then. I've been wanting to try it out anyways.

    1. I buy mine at Walmart when they have it in stock. :)
