New Year Challenges...

There seem to be so many ways to improve yourself come January each year.  I love having a fresh start and really focusing on my goals and prioritizing my life.  I thought I'd share some of the resources I've come across over the past few days!  Feel free to jump on board with any of these, whether it's improving your health spiritually or physically!  Let me know if you do and what you think!



Starting Today, January 9th | 21 Day Yoga Challenge
I haven't ever done this before. Just heard about it and signed up, but I'm more observing right now.  If you need some good yoga workouts from home, check out some of my favorites on youtube




28 Day | In Jesus Name Gateway Devotional
I love Gateway Church's annual devotionals they put out every January.  Check out these FREE online resources: each day has an audio file that includes an original worship song and then the devotional read aloud to you.  You can also download the MP3 and PDF files to read along yourself.  There are memory verses and more!  Check it out!




Toned in 2012 | ToneItUp 6-week Fitness Challenge
I have been following the Tone It Up girls since last summer and love all their free workouts on youtube, recipes and resources on their blog.  They just started a new fitness challenge, check it out and if it inspires you sign up and jump on board, it's never too late!
