I just put together a playlist on Youtube of my favorite workouts to play through for my morning workout. 5 minute Yoga stretch warm up, 6 minute Arm workout, 15 minute Leg & Core workout (I didn't add much for abs since I'm prego right now), and 9 minute Stretch and Release cooldown. I really enjoy working through it at my pace. If I feel I can handle weights that day, great! If not, I just focus on the muscles I'm using and do as much as I can.
