Favorite Nighttime Snack!

We are officially 27 weeks today (UPDATE: No, we are 25 weeks...something about 4 kids has really messed with my brain), just over 6 months.  I can't believe how fast this pregnancy is going.  I am just hoping I have enough time to get everything done before baby number four.  It'll definitely help when I'm nesting and I have some drive to tackle our remaining moving boxes, furniture purchases, baby room setup, freezer food preparations and toilet paper stock up, and maybe even update baby books and snap a few new family photos.


I think I made it through this extremely munch-y week.  But wow, I felt a little crazy ('chocolate, chocolate, gimme chocolate").  One awesome drink that really hit this spot: Homemade Iced Chai!!!  Three simple ingredients:


Almond Milk (or regular milk if you'd like), Stevia (or Truvia), Sweet Coconut Thai tea (or spiced chai, or any other tea that you really enjoy).  
Steep your tea in either hot water or heated almond milk.  Dissolve 1/2 packet of stevia (too much is REALLY sweet, especially if your using heated milk).  Stir and pour over a cup full of ice.  ENJOY!
